      NHS Pre-activated Magnetic Resin

      NHS Activated NUPharose Mag is a pre-activated magnetic resin product. The surface of the paramagnetic agarose gel microsphere matrix is modified with a ten-atom-long spacer arm, followed by activation of the carboxyl groups with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS). The NHS-activated groups can couple with functional biomacromolecules containing primary amines, such as antibodies, proteins, enzymes, and peptides, to form stable amide bonds. The resulting affinity magnetic beads can specifically bind target molecules, allowing high-purity product isolation in a single purification step. Compared to column chromatography with agarose resins, with below advantages: * Clarification of the feedstock is generally not required, shortening purification time and offering better enrichment effects for low-expression feedstocks; * Both manual and automated batch operations are possible. Manual operation is equipment-independent and offers high operational throughput.

      Streptavidin NUPharose Mag is an affinity magnetic resin. Its ligand is Streptavidin, and the NUPharose Mag base resins are agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic material. This magnetic resin product utilizes the specific binding between streptavidin and biotin to isolate and purify biotinylated antigens, antibodies, nucleic acids, and other substances from biological samples or mixtures. 1.       Ni-TED Magnetic Resin

      Ni-TED NUPharose Mag is a metal chelate affinity magnetic bead product primarily used for the rapid screening and purification of proteins with a histidine tag (His-tag). Its ligand is tris(carboxymethyl)ethylenediamine (TED) groups, the chelated metal ion is Ni2+, and the NUPharose Mag base matrix consists of agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic material. Compared to its corresponding column chromatography agarose resin (Ni-TED NUPharose FF), this product features the same ligand and maintains a good balance between affinity (capacity) and specificity (selectivity): while the binding capacity for His-tagged proteins exceeds 20 mg/mL, sample purity can reach over 90% after a single purification step, with Ni2+ content in the eluate comparable to environmental background levels, indicating extremely low metal ion leakage.

      Ni-NTA Magnetic Resin

      Compared to its corresponding column chromatography agarose resin (Ni-NTA NUPharose FF, this product features the same ligand modification process and maintains a good balance between affinity (capacity) and specificity (selectivity): while the binding capacity for most His-tagged proteins exceeds 40 mg/mL, sample purity can reach over 90% after a single purification step, with low Ni2+ leakage in the eluate (Ni2+ to target protein molar ratio <0.1). The tetra-coordinate structure formed by the NTA ligand and Ni2+ in this product is stable. After chelation, it can tolerate certain concentrations of chelating agents, reducing agents, and alkali. When samples contain 1 mM EDTA, 1~10 mM β-mercaptoethanol, or 5 mM DTT, purification can proceed normally with Ni-NTA NUPharose Mag, followed by cleaning with 0.1~1 M NaOH.

      r-Protein G Magnetic Resin

      ProG NUPharose Mag is an antibody affinity magnetic resin product for the rapid and convenient separation and purification of various mammalian antibody subtypes or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatants, or cell extracts. The ligand of this product is self-developed recombinant streptococcal Protein G , expressed in E. coli and free of animal-derived components. Compared to the Protein A ligand, the advantage of the Protein G ligand is its ability to bind to all human and mouse IgG subtypes.
