r-Protein G Magnetic Resin
ProG NUPharose Mag is an antibody affinity magnetic resin product for the rapid and convenient separation and purification of various mammalian antibody subtypes or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing antibody Fc fragments from ascites, serum, cell culture supernatants, or cell extracts.
The ligand of this product is self-developed recombinant streptococcal Protein G , expressed in E. coli and free of animal-derived components. Compared to the Protein A ligand, the advantage of the Protein G ligand is its ability to bind to all human and mouse IgG subtypes. The NUPharose Mag base matrix consists of agarose gel microspheres
containing paramagnetic material. The ligand is coupled via a single-point attachment, enhancing its binding capability to antibodies. Compared to its corresponding agarose resin (ProG NUPharose FF), this product features the same ligand and offers similar or higher binding capacity, with a binding capacity for h-IgG exceeding 40 mg/mL, characterized by high binding capacity.
