Streptavidin NUPharose Mag is an affinity magnetic resin. Its ligand is Streptavidin, and the NUPharose Mag base resins are agarose gel microspheres containing paramagnetic material. This magnetic resin product utilizes the specific binding between streptavidin and biotin to isolate and purify biotinylated antigens, antibodies, nucleic acids, and other
substances from biological samples or mixtures.
1. Direct purification or enrichment of biotinylated biomolecules.
