Streptavidin-based horseradish peroxidase (SA-HRP) is obtained by cross-linking the recombinant core streptavidin (A18) and the patented technology of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). It can be used for the detection of biotinylated protein, DNA, RNA and other samples, and is often used as a signal amplifier to improve the sensitivity of detection.
