PAG NUPharose FF is an affinity separation resin formed by coupling a recombinant Protein A/Protein G fusion protein to agarose microspheres. Compared to separation resin with individual Protein A or Protein G ligand, it has a broader binding range and can bind to all human IgG subclasses. It does not bind to mouse IgA, IgM, or serum albumin, making it suitable for the extraction and detection of mouse IgG monoclonal antibodies. Additionally, the fused r-PAG ligand reduces pH dependency, allowing binding within the pH range of 5~8.
