Recombinant Long-arm Thiol-core Streptavidin (r-las-cSA)
Compared with natural streptavidin, the recombinant long-arm thiol core streptavidin removes the sequence irrelevant to the activity and only retains the core sequence relevant to the activity. It is superior to natural streptavidin in terms of stability and solubility. At the same time, compared with streptavidin series A09, six additional flexible amino acids are inserted before the cysteine at the C- terminal, thus lengthening the length of the thiol arm at the C- terminal, the SA can be better oriented to covalently bond with the carrier.
