Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (rh-G-CSF)
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor, referred to as G-CSF) is a bioactive protein, which belongs to the family of hematopoietic growth factors. Its main function is to stimulate the production, differentiation and release of granulocytes (mainly neutrophils) in the bone marrow, and promote the normal function of the immune system. G-CSF play a key role in the body's response to infection, inflammation or other pathological conditions. Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (rh-GCSF) expressed in E. coli contains 191 amino acids and has a molecular weight of 20.5 kDa.
