Recombinant Core Streptavidin 4 (r-cSA4)
Compared with natural streptavidin, the recombinant core streptavidin 4 removes the sequence unrelated to the activity, and only retains the core sequence related to the activity. The stability and solubility of the recombinant core streptavidin 4 are superior to natural streptavidin. The sequence was modified to increase the content of amino groups and improve the efficiency of coupling with ligands or magnetic beads by amino groups (pI:8.93).
