r-Protein G Affnity Resin
The recombinant Streptococcal Protein G ligand is expressed in E. coli and is animal-origin free. The base bead of ProG NUPharose FF is single-point coupled to the ligand and further enhanced by genetic engineering, resulting in a dynamic binding capacity (DBC) for human IgG exceeding 40 mg/mL, offering significant advantages over similar products on the market.
Compared to ProA NUPharose FF, the key advantage of ProG NUPharose FF is its ability to bind all human and mouse IgG subclasses. This resin demonstrates affinity towards various types and subtypes of antibodies from human, mouse,
rat, rabbit, bovine, and other sources. It can be used for the isolation and purification of various mammalian antibody subtypes or genetically engineered recombinant proteins containing the antibody Fc fragment from sources such as ascites, serum, cell culture supernatant, or cell lysates, meeting research or production needs at different scales. It can
also be used for immuno precipitation.
