NuPore 30, NuPore 75 and NuPore 200 Size Exclusion Resin
The NuPore series products are high-performance size exclusion resins formed by
coupling dextran to a cross-linked agarose base matrix. These composite resin microspheres
have a mean particle size of approximately 35 μm, combining the excellent mechanical properties of agarose with the high selectivity of the dextran network. Compared to traditional size exclusion resins, the NuPore series offers advantages such as high rigidity, high resolution, and high flow rates. They can be used for group separations like desalting and buffer exchange, as well as for fractionation processes of biomacromolecules such as peptides, proteins, nucleic acids with similar molecular weights, and components of natural products.
