NUPharose 4B and NUPharose 6B are agarose-based gel filtration resins from the NUPharose technology platform. Gel filtration resins are also referred to as size exclusion resins.
NUPharose 4B and NUPharose 6B consist of 4% and 6% agarose, respectively. Different concentrations of agarose solutions form different pore sizes upon gelation. The refined agarose has charged impurities removed, resulting in very low non-specific adsorption. These products are suitable for separating biomolecules of various molecular
weights. Additionally, NUPharose 4B and NUPharose 6B can be activated for coupling different affinity ligands. we also offer epoxy-activated NUPharose 6B (Epoxy Activated NUPharose 6B).
